SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 31

Suspending Joint Rule 3b as to time limit on filing of
conference committee reports.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds
of the members present agreeing thereto:
That the time limit established by Joint Rule 3b is hereby
suspended for the sixtieth day of this regular session of the
1993 Legislature, and that for this day, conference committees
with respect to Engrossed Committee Substitute for Senate Bill
No. 358, Engrossed Senate Bill No. 374, Engrossed Senate Bill
No. 463 and Engrossed House Bill No. 2106 may file their
reports with the clerk of each house, said reports to be
announced during session, until 11:45 p.m., with a five-minute
examination period.
